Tuesday the fall schedule starts. We have four new classes being offered:


Strongman classes offer a varied form of training with unorthodox objects such as logs, tires, and beer kegs.  These classes are designed to increase strength while still increasing work capacity across broad time and modal domains. In CrossFit, we want a stimulus that is constantly varied so we never stop progressing in our fitness. Strongman movements provide plenty of variation in a toy-filled playground where athletes can test and improve their brute strength and overall fitness level.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids (5-12) and teenagers (13-17) and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well- rounded athletes. Similar to our CrossFit classes,  no two workouts are the same, so kids and teens never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about participating.

Becky will be leading these classes on Saturdays. The month of September is free for all kids to try out!

CrossFit Football

CrossFit Football classes are designed specifically for athletes requiring elite strength, power, speed, and agility. The program was designed by NFL players and some of the top professional coaches that have succeeded on the highest levels of competitive athletics. We recommend these classes for athletes who are primarily interested in developing explosive power to improve performance in their specific sport.


Our Masters classes are derived from the principles of CrossFit, but scaled to abilities of older athletes (55+). The program is intended for individuals with limited weightlifting experience and/or physical limitations that inhibit their ability to perform some of the more advanced CrossFit movements. We recommend these classes to retirees who are looking to limit the effects of aging, increase energy levels, and improve overall quality of life.

Check the schedule for days and times. For the exception of CF Kids, all classes will be available at no extra charge with a regular CF membership.
