WOD 1

Every 2min complete (6 rounds)
3 Squats
* Total of 6 Rounds: 2 rounds of OHS then 2 rounds of FS then 2 rounds of BS
* Go heavier each set

WOD 2

5 Rounds…
10 Kettlebell Snatches (50/35)
5m Handstand Walks
10 Pushups
