Congratulations to our athlete of the month for February, Caileigh Smith!

Caileigh started training at Royal City near the start of 2014. Since then, she has become one of our strongest female athletes, boasting a 275lb Deadlift and just recently PR’d her Clean and Jerk during the CrossFit Open at 130lbs!

Her fitness success is a direct result of her hard work and determination to punish her weaknesses. To diversify her fitness, Caileigh has spent time in a wide range of classes, including: CrossFit, Mobility, CrossFit Football, Bootcamp, and Competitors class.

She always carries a positive mentality with her to the box. She always manages her busy work and school schedule extremely well to ensure that she has time to get her WODs in every week. And that is why she continues to get better every day!
