At Royal City Community Fitness, we provide the challenge, guidance, and motivation to help our members lead a truly healthy and active lifestyle. Each of our trainers is university educated with over 20 years of combined experience with group fitness and personal training. Our clients have ranged from ages 6 to 80 and from sedentary beginners to Olympic athletes. Every workout is scaled to the level and aspirations of each person that we train. We pride ourselves in providing a safe, fun, and challenging atmosphere for everyone that steps foot in the gym with us.
