It’s open week!

If you haven’t already registered, here is the link to sign up. Just remember to list Royal City CrossFit as your affiliate so you can be added to our team.

For all athletes registered for the open, you will have to sign up for a spot to complete the workout with one of our judges. We have two time blocks set aside to complete the workouts: 8-10pm Fridays and 2:30-4:30pm Saturdays. Workouts will be scheduled at 15min intervals. We will have warmups posted and you will be expected to be warmed up and ready to go at the start of your timeslot.

Body Systems is sponsoring the event and will be on-hand Saturdays to provide some pre and post workout supplements to our athletes. Tim Hortons will be providing coffee as well.

We will have chiropractors and potentially other therapists on hand to help with tissue prep.

For athletes interested in doing the workout, but are not registered to compete, you will be able to complete the workout (without a judge) in our 10am class on Saturday.

This will be the first competition for many of our athletes so we encourage you to come out and show them your support!

We may be hosting a get-together for the workout announcements as well. Details to follow.
