– Partners work at the same time and switch movements once both partners have completed their reps.
– i.e. Partner A rows while Partner B completes 15 push press. Once they are both done the work at their station they switch and Partner B rows while Partner A completes 15 push press. Once they are done they move on to the row/goblet squats, etc.
