Congratulations to our athlete of the month for August, Sarah Ashfield! Sarah is a mother of two who started training at Royal City in November 2014. Since then she has made steady progress in her overall fitness. She is now able to keep up with some our top athletes in our WODs and is well on her way to achieving her goal of hitting a 200lb back squat this year. Sarah’s success is a direct result of her coachability and hard work. She has already logged 300 hours of training at Royal City!
Sarah has been a welcome addition to our community. She always shows up with a positive attitude and is consistently offering encouragement to her fellow athletes.
As with all of our athletes of the month, Sarah receives a one month unlimited membership, as well as a prize pack from AJ from Body Systems Nutrition.
