Hey just a few quick requests when arriving for workouts.
Please avoid using the main gym area until the prior class has ended. If you need extra time to warmup feel free to use the side room. This will avoid clutter and help us maintain a safe training environment.
Also, reminder that class times are reserved for athletes performing the class workouts. If you have something else that you would like to work on (skill work, mobility, etc), please save it for members choice. We can always modify WODs to fit needs but modifications need to be prescribed by the coach.
Lastly, please remember to sign in every single time and to be on time. Burpee penalty is still in effect.
