If you have registered for the open, reminder to sign-in to a spot either Saturday or Sunday. In order to fit everyone in with a judge, we are running in 15 minute heats Saturday as that is the day that works for most people that have contacted us. Note that those fifteen minute heats are meant to be actual workout time, not including warmup. In other words, your workout will start at the time you sign up for. So be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your start time to leave enough time to set up and get warm.
