Hey all, we have exciting news!
WHAT!?
For the first time ever, we will be offering customized programming during our upcoming 10-week strength cycle.
WHO!?
Custom programming will be available to more experienced athletes (6+ months of CrossFit) who will be paired with a training partner (or two) with similar goals and availability
WHEN!?
This coming Sunday (Mar 25) at 6pm we will be hosting an info session to describe the details on how this will work and will be fielding questions. The program itself will begin in the first week of April.
WHERE!?
Info session and custom training will take place in the PT room during regular class hours.
WHY!?
Because your coaches have watched you dedicate a lot of your life to getting fitter. We have watched you succeed. We have watched you struggle. We know what your strengths are. We know where you could stand to improve. We know how to design a program to help you get your strength and fitness to the next level. We want to see you continue to get more fit! Once in a while a custom program will help you get over the hump
HOW!?
Easy. You tell us your goals. Your coaches will make you a program, which will include lifts, reps, weights, plus advice on nutrition, rest, and optimal lifestyle choices. You will follow your program independently with your training partner(s) in the PT room while regular classes proceed. 10 weeks later, you are strong AF 🙂

This is completely optional. Regular classes will proceed as usual through a strength-based CrossFit program, which will remain the priority for coaches at all times.
