We have some small changes coming to the schedule starting this Monday. Wednesday mobility is moving to Tuesday at 7pm. Sunday’s schedule will look like this…

7pm Member’s Choice
Also, a few of you have met our newest trainer, Wade Van Der Kraak. Wade is a firefighter, who has been crossfitting for 3-4 years now. He was the prime organiser for the Jennifer Kovach Memorial Workout. Wade brings great energy. He will be coaching MWF 4pm and Sunday’s 4pm CrossFit class. You guys will really like him as a coach. We will be posting his bio soon. Welcome Wade!
