The CrossFit Open is one week away! For those of you who haven’t registered yet, you can sign up here. If you have never tried it before, it is a good challenge and a great way to measure your fitness progress!
For those who will be competing, we will be running heats on Friday evenings 8-10 and Saturdays 2:30-4:30pm. You will be able to select a 15min window for your workout via mindbody, the same as you would for a regular class. Time slots will be posted to Mindbody by the end of the weekend. Be sure to arrive at least 15min prior to your start time to allow time to warm up.
We plan on having some sponsors present, as well as some therapists to help with preparation and recovery. More details to follow very soon.
For those who will not be competing, feel free to come out to support your fellow athletes and check out what the open is all about!
