2. Max number shoulder touches
3. Max sideways wall walks
4. Max effort HS hold
5. Max effort Headstand hold
WOD #1: Every 8 minutes for 32 minutes (4 rounds):
400m Row/ 30 Burpees
5 Muscleups
10 Power Snatch (95/65) (115/85)*
WOD #2: Max rep toes to bar (3 minute cap)
