2×3 Front Squats
2×3 Back Squats
2×3 Deadlift
* Increase weight each set
WOD 2
Athletes continue until they fail to finish the prescribed reps within the time period
0-2 mins: 6 Pullups, 3 Burpees
2-4 mins: 6 Pullups, 6 Burpees
4-6 mins: 6 Pullups, 9 Burpees
Etc.
